On Your Birthday

Happy Birthday, Sir

Some people teach you with words. A few teach you simply by the way they think, work, and carry themselves. You have been that second kind of mentor to me — the kind a person learns from by watching.

I feel genuinely fortunate to learn from you, Sir. Most of what I have taken from you was never actually taught. It was the example you set, on ordinary days, when you had no idea anyone was watching.

I believe your best years are still ahead of you.

My wish for you is not only bigger numbers, though I hope the targets that look ambitious today become ordinary milestones on the way to something far larger. My real wish is a quieter one: that through all of it you keep the same values, the same humility, and the same heart that make people respect you long before they know anything about your business.

Wishing you strong health, peace of mind, happiness at home, and success that keeps growing with meaning.

Some flames were never meant to be blown out.

A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.

And you have lit a great many

With respect and gratitude,

Vivek
